Working Principle

The twin shaft crushing blades are two parallel blade shafts withdifferent rotation direction. Each blade shaft has 18 pics blades and driven bygear box to crush material that will be conveyed to the barrel through thescreen.

The material will be sent by the high speed rotary screw to the heatingbarrel. Then they will be melted under high temperature and extruded toexpected shapes.
